We recommend delegates organise suitable travel insurance if applicable.
LIABILITY
Neither the Forum Office nor the Organising Committee accepts any responsibility for loss or damage, accidents or any other relevant matters.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The only credit cards accepted by the Forum Office are MasterCard, Visa and American Express (American Express is available offline only). Payment for registrations can be made by these cards, cheque or EFT deposit.
PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Should you require these services, please advise the Forum Office and we would do all we can to make your attendance as comfortable as possible.
POLICIES:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Forum Office. Cancellations up to 15 November will receive a refund of the registration fee, less an administrative charge of $20. Refunds after this date will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the forum provided the Forum Office is advised in writing.
Privacy Notice: The primary purpose for collecting personal information supplied on this form is to process your registration. These details will be used to keep you informed of future VET events, and on the forum delegate listing provided to delegates and sponsors. If you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose advise the Forum Office.
Payment Policy: It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the event. If this full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
SPECIAL DIETARY MEALS
Whilst the Forum Organisers will aim to cater for any special dietary meals, some may incur additional charge if the cost exceeds the cost of registration.
