Payment Policy:
As limited places are available for the symposium, your registration must include full payment to secure a placement. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please use the following table to calculate your registration fee.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat in writing (surface mail, email or facsimile transmission). Where notice of cancellation is received by the Secretariat on or before 4 April, registration fees will be refunded less an administration charge of $20. No refunds are available for any cancellations notified after 5 April 2011. However you may nominate a replacement delegate without charge up to 2 business days prior to the relevant Symposium.
