Registration is $145 per person and includes morning and afternoon tea, and lunch.

Payment Policy:
As limited places are available for the symposium, your registration must include full payment to secure a placement. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat in writing (surface mail, e-mail or facsimile transmission). Where notice of cancellation is received by the Secretariat on or before 01 March, registration fees will be refunded less an administration charge of $20. No refunds are available for any cancellations notified after 01 March 2011. However you may nominate a replacement delegate without charge up to 08 March 2011.
